Reservation Terms
Simple, transparent
booking policies
50% Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of half the rental total is due at booking to reserve your date and pieces.
Balance Due
The remaining balance is charged 14 days before your event, along with a signed digital rental agreement.
Cancellation
Cancel 90 or more days before your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 90 days of the event forfeit the 50% deposit.
Care & Return
Pieces are returned in the condition received. Damage or loss beyond normal use is billed at replacement value per the agreement.
